No-one expects to be in a crash, but if you are knocked off of your bike and you are unconscious, having your personal details inside the foam of your helmet means that the ambulance service know who you are, your next of kin and if you have any allergies or other medical conditions to hand over to the hospital. Simply follow the instructions on the card, peel out along the perforations and place within your helmet underneath the foam. Don’t forget to put the green sticker on the side of your helmet to tell the emergency services it’s inside!
