Weymouth Bike & Car Night Roars Back to the Esplanade

Crowds are set to return to the seafront as Weymouth’s much-loved Bike & Car Night makes its seasonal comeback this week.
Kicking off on Thursday 2nd April from 6pm to 8:30pm, the weekly event will once again transform the promenade into a vibrant showcase of classic cars, motorbikes, and community spirit.
Organised in support of DocBike Dorset, the event combines stunning vehicles with an important cause—raising awareness of motorcycle safety and emergency response care.
Running every Thursday evening through to the end of September, Bike & Car Night has become a firm favourite in the Weymouth calendar, drawing enthusiasts, families, and curious visitors alike.
Expect everything from beautifully restored vintage classics to high-performance modern machines, all set against the backdrop of Weymouth’s iconic seafront. The relaxed, welcoming atmosphere makes it a perfect evening out for all ages.
Local organisers say they’re “excited to welcome the crowds back” and are encouraging residents and visitors to come along, take in the sights, and support the vital work of DocBike Dorset.
Whether you’re a petrolhead or just looking for a lively evening by the sea, this is one weekly event not to miss
